The INTENSE start-up seminar in Ulaanbaatar was organised by the INTENSE team on 29 April – 1 May 2018 at National University of Mongolia led by Oyunsanaa Byambasuren with the purposes to inform the academic community and stakeholders in Mongolia about the upcoming International Doctoral School program, and to discuss the details of INTENSE implementation in the country.

The meeting was attended by the academic staff and PhD students from National University of Mongolia and Khovd University, representatives of NGOs and government bodies, as well as Anton Shkaruba, the INTENSE vice-coordinator, and Raimonds Ernsteins of the University of Latvia.
