The seminar on “The Precautionary Principle in Sustainability Transitions” was held on 13 September 2018 at KKNU within the framework of the implementation of the Erasmus+ project “INTENSE”.
Speakers: employees of the Environmental Faculty – Oleksandra Volkovaia, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Ecological Safety and Environmental Education, and Olena Chernikova, Engineer of the Department of Ecology and Neoecology.
The main results of the summer school “The Precautionary Principle in Sustainability Transitions: Thinking forwards, Looking backwards, Acting”, held at the Central European University (Budapest, Hungary) from 28 June to 4 July 2018, were presented at the workshop. The summer school was held as part of the EEAcademy programme of the European Environmental Agency, co-organized by Erda RTE and Bridging for Sustainability in cooperation with the Erasmus+ CBHE INTENSE project.
On 20 September 2018, a seminar on “Nature-based solution as a basis of sustainable development of a modern city” was held at KKNU within the framework of the Erasmus+ INTENSE project.
Speakers: post-graduate students of the Environmental Faculty – Viktoria Dudchenko, PhD student of the Department of Environmental Monitoring and Management, and Serhii Shyrokostup, PhD student of the Department of Ecology and Neoconology.
The main results of the summer school on “Nature-based solutions for smart cities”, which took place in Mahilioŭ (Belarus) on 14-27 August 2018, were presented at the seminar. The summer school was held as an event within the EEAcademy programme of the European Environmental Agency, co-organized by the Visegard Fund, DAAD, Urban Europe in cooperation with the Erasmus+ CBHE INTENSE project.
