On 12-13 April 2019, Odessa State Environmental University was presented at the International Specialized Exhibition of ‘Education and Career – 2019’, held in Kyiv, at the premises of ‘Ukrainian House’, the National Centre for Business and Cultural Cooperation.
As of today, the exhibition is the largest event in Ukraine, which focuses on higher education in Ukraine and abroad, and every year attracts a lot of prospective students. The event provides an opportunity for various universities to exchange ideas and experiences in education, establish partnerships as well as develop and present their educational achievements. The event was attended by 44 Ukrainian HEIs and about 50 foreign institutions from China, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and the USA.
OSENU exposition was represented by Kateryna Husieva and Oleksandr Salabash, the staff of the Foreign Relations Office. In addition to a stand covering the University activities and career guidance materials, the banners reflecting the role and achievements of the University in implementation of the EU project 586471-EPP-1-2017-1-EE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP, were demonstrated to the visitors.
On the first day of the exhibition, OSENU representatives delivered a presentation on Implementation of the results of the EU Erasmus+ projects of ‘Adaptive learning environment for competence in economic and societal impacts of local weather, air quality and climate – ECOIMPACT’ and ‘Integrated Doctoral Program for Environmental Policy, Management and Technology – INTENSE’ (authors: Sergiy Stepanenko, Anatolii Polovyi, Oleg Shabliy, Kateryna Husieva).

By the results of the exhibitions, Odessa State Environmental University was awarded the Grand Prix for ‘International Cooperation in the Field of Education and Science’, as well as the Honorary Title of a Leader of Higher Education in Ukraine.
