About the autumn webinar series

The Eurasian continent is unique not only in terms of its geographical extent and size of population, but also the diversity of biophysical, socio-political, economic and cultural contexts. This results in an equally unique diversity of sustainability challenges, as well as practices, tools and instruments addressing them. The INTENSE webinar series ENTER! will walk you through this world of knowledge, and with a help of lecturers with in-hand experience of research and praxis, it will help you to get a grasp on trends and lessons learned, and to understand how science can be converted to management and policies.

Most of the ENTER! contributors are staff of partner institutions involved to the Erasmus+ project INTENSE (intense.network/) from Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Mongolia, Ukraine and Vietnam. However, they are also joined by the lecturers from other institutions and countries, so the geographical and thematic scope of the webinars will be even beyond this project.

The language of the webinars is English. They are free to join. Active webinar participants will be awarded by e-certificates.

Webinar faculty and topics

The webinar will run from September 29, 2021 (the inaugural lecture by prof. Kalev Sepp of Estonian University of Life Science) till early December – the schedule for December is still in making.
